Stainless steel ball valves are suitable for use with corrosive mediums or in a corrosive environment. Examples of such applications are the chemical industry, the paper industry and mechanical engineering. Jouka ball valves are available in both 316L (EN 1.4404) and 304L (1.4307) and they all are floating ball valve structure. Floating ball valve offers a simple valve structure and reliable performance for low pressure valves (under 40bar).
The benefits of a stainless steel valve are its good chemical resistance and versatility for different mediums. Block&bleed and ATEX valves for hazardous surroundings are also available.
The temperature field is from -40 °C to +180 °C, with special and metal seals up to +275 °C.
